Senior Swim Instructor - Richmond Aquatic Centre

We’re searching for a passionate and reliable Senior Instructor to join our swim school. In this key role, you’ll not only inspire swimmers of all ages but also support our dedicated team of instructors and work closely with our leadership team to drive the success of our programs.

This is a hands-on role, which will include time in the water covering classes as needed.

As the Senior Instructor your roles and responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Providing leadership and guidance to our team of swim instructors
  • Supporting children and adults of all ages and abilities, both in and out of the water
  • Sharing your passion for swimming
  • Taking lessons and providing cover when required
  • Communicating effectively and staying organised to keep things running smoothly.

What we're offering:

  • Part-time position: 12 hours per week
  • Additional teaching hours available
  • Flexibility is important – shifts may be mornings or evenings.
