Job summary

PwC New Zealand in Auckland is recruiting a Manager for Finance and Operations Transformation, focusing on operations and supply chain transformation across private and public sector clients. This two-year fixed-term role offers end-to-end engagement experience from analysis through implementation.

You will lead delivery teams, build client relationships, and contribute to business development while advancing leadership in transformation within PwC's network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years relevant experience in supply chain, operations, procurement, ERP transformation, business transformation or consulting.
• Understanding of the full supply chain lifecycle, from strategy through to execution.
• Experience managing complex projects or client engagements in a professional services environment.
• A relevant tertiary qualification in business, economics, finance, operations, supply chain or related discipline.
• Strong relationship management skills with executives and boards.
• Financial and data literacy with a practical problem-solving approach.
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to lead by example.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support delivery of supply chain and operations transformation engagements from analysis through implementation.
• Work across warehousing, transport management, transport planning, supply chain planning, S&OP and IBP.
• Analyze operational, financial and performance data to identify opportunities and support decisions.
• Build trusted client relationships at multiple levels, including senior leaders.
• Support business development including relationship building and tender responses.
