The Opportunity
An excellent opportunity has become available for a Senior Solicitor Corporate & Commercial Lawyer with at least three years of PQE who is looking to progress their career.

The role will allow you to work alongside highly respected Commercial Partners with unmatched mentorship structures in place. Their team as a whole also prides themselves on the excellent levels of support provided by their experienced team of legal executives and assistants to ensure that you can focus your time and add value on more challenging and contentious issues.

To be successful, you will have an existing solid grounding in corporate law including areas such as business sales & purchases, joint ventures, limited partnerships, capital raising, shareholder agreements as well as mergers & acquisitions.
