A leading legal recruitment agency is seeking a Solicitor for a prominent law firm in Christchurch's Commercial team. The role involves working on diverse property and commercial legal matters. We are delighted to be partnering with Corcoran French, a valued and long-standing member of the Canterbury and West Coast legal community, as we undertake a search for a new Solicitor to join their Christchurch based Commercial team due to growth.

Concurrent with this period of reimagining and relocation, we\'re delighted to be bringing a new growth role in their Commercial team to market.
This role requires broad experience in both property and commercial legal work. Strong technical and drafting skills together with a willingness to learn and find the answers to complex problems is highly desirable. A particular interest in local government work would be helpful.
You\'ll work closely with Delys Brough and Shehan de Silva on a varied and interesting mix of matters, including regular involvement in local authority work, making this an excellent opportunity to deepen your expertise in a specialised and growing area.
