Job summary

Fluid Recruitment is assisting a Tauranga-based, full-service law firm in expanding its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. The role is ideal for a Solicitor with 3+ years PQE who wants broad exposure across civil, commercial, family, and employment matters and the chance to take ownership of matters.

You will work with an experienced and supportive team, enjoy mentorship and ongoing development opportunities, and have potential to progress to Senior Solicitor or Associate depending on

Qualifications

• 3+ years PQE with litigation experience.
• Experience across broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
• Client-focused with strong relationship-building skills.

Job description

I'm pleased to be working with a well-regarded, full-service law firm in Tauranga as they look to expand their Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Litigation Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE who is looking to continue developing their career within a broad and varied practice. The team works across a range of matters, including civil and commercial litigation, family law and employment law. The role can offer a broad and varied mix of work, with scope to develop and lean more heavily into particular areas depending on your experience and interests.

The role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership of their matters while working alongside an experienced and supportive team. Depending on your experience, this opportunity is available at Senior Solicitor or Associate level.

You'll have access to mentorship and ongoing development opportunities, with the chance to continue building your technical skills and progressing your career.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

• 3+ years' PQE with litigation experience
• Experience or an interest in a broad range of litigation and dispute resolution matters
• A client-focused approach and strong relationship-building skills
• The ability to take ownership of matters and work with a good level of autonomy
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Strong communication and advocacy skills
