Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice in Employment Law, Health and Safety, and Privacy.
  • Manage a varied caseload, including complex cases.
  • Mentor and oversee junior staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback to foster their development.
  • Build strong client relationships with clear, practical advice.
  • Lead negotiations and draft complex legal documents.
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver seamless service.
  • Stay updated on legal changes and apply them effectively.
  • Support business growth through networking and client engagement.
  • Contribute to training, policy development, and strategic initiatives.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Employment, Health and Safety and/or Privacy and associated areas of practice.
  • Practising certificate or ability to get one
  • Strong legal knowledge and experience with complex cases.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Well-organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
