  • Modernise complex and legacy processes into seamless, intelligent digital journeys that improve customer and frontline experiences.
  • Translate business processes, strategies and requirements into practical technical solutions.
  • Contribute across the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment, support and troubleshooting.
  • Apply strong engineering practices across code quality, test automation, DevOps, security, reliability and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical guidance and influence solution design, engineering standards and development practices.

  • Mentor and coach other engineers, contributing to capability development and knowledge sharing across the team.

We are looking for an experienced Pega engineer who combines strong hands-on platform expertise with sound engineering judgement and the ability to provide technical guidance to others.

Applicants must meet all of the following minimum requirements:

  • Extensive experience with the core Pega Platform and enterprise application development.
  • Strong knowledge of Pega architecture, application design, case management, data modelling, security, integration, performance and reusable component design.
  • Experience working with relevant Pega frameworks, ideally within banking, financial services, financial crime, customer service, onboarding, lending or another regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of modern Pega technologies and capabilities, including Constellation, DX APIs, GenAI, Knowledge Buddy, GenAI Coach, Blueprint and Agents.
  • Experience designing and delivering integrations using technologies such as REST APIs, authentication patterns and event-driven services.
  • A strong understanding of Pega delivery methodologies, guardrails, application quality, testing practices, deployment processes and platform best practice.
  • Additional Pega certifications, badges or evidence of ongoing professional development.
  • The ability to resolve complex and unfamiliar technical issues using a structured and methodical approach.
  • The ability to assess technical trade-offs and clearly explain the implications of changing requirements.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to adapt your approach for technical and non-technical audiences.
