LawVu, the AI-native operating system for in-house legal, is seeking a senior software engineer to join a fast-growing global team. You’ll translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions for enterprise clients, while mentoring juniors and guiding strategic technical initiatives.

You will work with Product, Design, QA, and Data teams to ensure high-quality delivery, embracing AI tooling and a design-first mindset across a modern tech stack.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Backend: C#/.NET Core; REST API design.
• Frontend: TypeScript with Angular.
• Experience with Azure PaaS and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with Agile processes and QA practices.
• Experience integrating AI tooling into development workflows.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions for global enterprise customers.
• Lead and mentor junior engineers while delivering medium-to-high complexity initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, and Data to align requirements and delivery.
• Own projects end-to-end with minimal supervision and proactive risk management.

What you’ll do

This role balances hands-on technical execution with emerging leadership, including mentoring junior engineers and guiding medium-to-high complexity technical initiatives. Operating with significant autonomy, you will translate complex business needs into scalable, elegant technical solutions for global enterprise customers while helping shape our technical direction. Working alongside cross-functional teams in Product, Design, QA, and Data, you’ll bridge the gap between individual contribution and technical leadership—building the skills needed to advance into senior technical leadership roles.

Skills and Experience

Technical & Domain Expertise

• Full-Stack Development: Preference for5+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience, with core backend expertise in C# (.NET Framework / .NET Core),REST API design, and commercial frontend experience using TypeScript (Angular).
• Cloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure PaaS / Web App services, GitHub, automated build systems, and CI/CD pipelines.

Delivery & Engineering Culture

• Quality & Delivery: Comfortable with automated testing frameworks, QA best practices, secure coding standards, and delivery within an Agile framework.
• AI Tooling: Hands-on experience integrating AI coding assistants and agents into your daily development workflow to accelerate delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Comfortable at engaging directly with customers and cross-functional peers to refine requirements and iterate on solutions.
• Self-Starter: Take full ownership of projects, driving initiative with minimal supervision.
• Proactive: Anticipate technical and delivery risks early to resolve them before they impact momentum.
• Problem Solver: Approach complex technical challenges with creative, resilient, and analytical thinking.
