LawVu in New Zealand is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to help accelerate product development and shape the future of our AI-powered platform. You will own end-to-end features, collaborate with product, design and engineering, mentor juniors, and uphold security and governance standards in a multi-tenant cloud environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack software development experience.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular, and REST API design.
• Experience with Azure PaaS and Azure Web App services; Git and Azure DevOps familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Drive development of features with product managers, designers and engineers.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle from POC to production and maintenance.
• Contribute to architecture design balancing scalability and cost.

Reports to: Director of Engineering.

What You’ll Do:

• Be awesome
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to drive innovation and development of product features
• Own the full development lifecycle for AI-powered/platform features, from POC to production and ongoing maintenance
• Contribute to the architecture design, balancing scalability with cost considerations
• Develop the rich first party integration ecosystem and developer platform.
• Maintain our strong security standards and AI governance policies in a multi-tenant environment to ensure data integrity and compliance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers
• Stay up to date with the latest developments in software engineering and AI

Skills to Pay the Bills:

• Fullstack Software Engineering Expertise:
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
• Strong proficiency in C# .NET Framework / .NET Core, Angular, and REST API design and development.
• Experience building reliable solutions consuming 3rd party APIs.
• Solid understanding of Azure PaaS and Azure Web App services.
• Experience with Git and Azure DevOps.
• QA familiarity and contribution.
• Comfortable working in an Agile environment
• Comfortable with customer engagement.
