Job summary

Vision Systems is seeking a Senior Security Technician with an installations focus to drive on-site projects from start to finish. You will work on a wide range of integrated security systems, from cabling to commissioning, with strong coordination with builders and clients.

The role requires 5+ years in electronic security, NZ COA, and proficiency with Gallagher, ICT/Integriti/Tecom. You’ll bring excellent time management and customer relationships and hold a full NZ driver’s licence.

Qualifications

• NZ COA is required.
• 5+ years in electronic security with installation background.
• Experience with Gallagher; Licence preferred.
• Experience with ICT, Integriti or Tecom.
• Solid networking knowledge (routers, VLANs, firewalls, VM environments).
• Full, clean NZ Drivers Licence.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission and extend integrated security systems on site.
• Read plans, run cables and liaise with builders and clients.
• Program, commission and document As-Builts and related drawings.
