Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you'll play a key role in designing, delivering, and supporting technical solutions across our Salesforce ecosystem - including Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.

You'll work closely with our business and technology teams to:

  • Lead the design and development of new Salesforce features and functions
  • Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other developers
  • Champion best practices and contribute to our Salesforce and Enterprise roadmaps
  • Support platform health, maintenance, and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions

You'll be a trusted advisor, a problem solver, and a go-to person for all things Salesforce.

Mōu - About You

We're after someone who brings:

  • 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience (Sales, Service, Experience & preferably Data Cloud)
  • Strong skills in Apex, LWC, LWR, and Salesforce configuration
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and API integrations (MuleSoft is a bonus!)
  • Salesforce certifications: Platform App Builder, Developer I (Developer II is a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative mindset and a passion for mentoring others

Bonus points if you've worked in logistics or CRM platform management. We operate within a team environment, and we are looking for a person who likes to add to the team culture and loves to be part of a collaborative environment.
