About the role | Mō te tūranga mahi

Help shape the success of ACC’s dispute management processes and services.

We are looking for an excellent communicator, passionate collaborator, and creative thinker to join Resolution Services as a Senior Review Specialist.

This role will be reporting to the Principal Advisor and will be working closely with their Senior Review Specialist and Resolution Manager colleagues to improve the capability in Resolution Services and influence customer experience and outcomes across ACC.

You will be using your knowledge of ACC and best practice dispute resolution to identify opportunities, and will work closely with other business units to maintain current knowledge of legal and process developments within ACC. You will also act as a Subject Matter Expert for all things related to dispute resolution and represent Resolution Services in discussion groups and wider strategic projects as needed.

This is a permanent role, based in either Auckland (Newmarket), Hamilton, Wellington, Christchurch or Dunedin.

To be successful, you will also have:

  • Experience and understanding of ACC’s dispute resolution practices, culture, and values.
  • Strong working knowledge of the ACC organisation including the legislative and regulatory environment governing our activities.
  • Experience maintaining influential relationships with business leaders and working collaboratively at a leadership and cross-function level.
  • Confidence with managing time well and prioritising multiple demands.
  • Experience creating and delivering support resources and guidance to drive performance and deliver great customer outcomes.
  • A natural curiosity and ability to explain complex concepts that sees you as a ‘go-to’ for others when they need advice and support.

The appointing salary for this role will sit between $107,244 - $131,077 and we offer an additional 9% superannuation contribution. We also offer flexible working options, including work from home up to 3 days per week (we provide you with a laptop, headset, monitor, mouse, and a keyboard to support this).
