You will conduct desktop valuations, prepare comprehensive reports, and perform market analysis from a remote location. The successful candidate will have extensive valuation experience, professional registration, and a strong client-facing

Qualifications

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Property Studies, Real Estate, or related field.
• Professional registration with a recognized body (e.g., SACPVP, SAIVal).
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in property valuation.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct complex valuations and produce high-quality reports.
• Strong understanding of various property types and market segments.
• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in valuation software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Conducting desktop valuations and virtual inspections, supported by remote data gathering and analysis.
• Preparing accurate and detailed property valuation reports for commercial, industrial, and residential properties, tailored to client needs.
• Performing thorough market research, including analysis of comparable sales, rental data, and economic indicators.
• Consulting with clients remotely to understand their valuation requirements and provide expert advice.
• Ensuring all valuations comply with relevant professional standards, legislation, and reporting guidelines.
• Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders via virtual communication channels.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of property market dynamics and valuation best practices across South Africa.
• Managing workload efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality reports.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of remote valuation processes and tools.
