Job summary

WSP is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead medium to large multidisciplinary water projects in Auckland. You will guide projects from scope and planning through to delivery, ensuring quality outcomes on time and within budget.

Collaborating with specialists locally and remotely, you will coordinate resources, programmes, budgets and risks, while building trusted relationships with clients, contractors and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Post-graduate qualification in Project Management is required.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience with a focus on Infrastructure, Transport or Water related civil projects.
• 3-4 years experience managing projects within an engineering or professional services consultancy environment.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage competing demands, meet deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion.
• A collaborative, client-focused approach and confidence working with people at all levels, across a matrix environment and with external partners.
• A current clean driver licence, with availability to travel when required.
