Craigs Investment Partners is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a 20-month fixed-term role to lead the establishment of their new Head Office in Tauranga. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in project management, particularly in property fitouts, and must demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and risk management skills.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join our Property team at Craigs Investment Partners (CIP). This is a 20-month fixed-term contract to lead the delivery of our new Head Office building at 2 Devonport Road, based at our existing Head Office in Tauranga.
The Senior Project Manager will be key in establishing our new Head Office site and preparing it for ongoing business support, as well as exiting our two existing sites in Tauranga. With over 20 offices across NZ, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on our flagship site. The Senior Project Manager will be hands-on, proactive, and responsible for delivering outcomes on time, within budget, and aligned with our Strategic Plan, client expectations, and brand.
