Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is seeking a Programme Manager to lead major infrastructure programmes from Cromwell, with a senior leadership remit and approximately 11 direct reports. You will coordinate project management, design, estimating and scheduling across a significant portfolio of electrical distribution and infrastructure projects.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will drive resource planning, commercial management, stakeholder engagement and project delivery while ensuring

Qualifications

10+ years leading complex infrastructure, construction or engineering projects.
Strong commercial and contractual expertise across large programmes.
Experience in electrical distribution, utilities or related industry.

Responsibilities

Lead project management, planning, design estimation and scheduling.
Oversee annual work programmes and resource utilisation.
Manage budgeting, forecasting and operational planning.
Build client and stakeholder relationships and drive HSE excellence.
Mentor and develop a team of direct reports and cross-functional staff.
Deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.
