This is a fixed term role until May 2026. The Senior Product Owner is a key leadership role within our Product Engineering teams. By taking ownership of outcomes, they ensure the teams focus on valuable work, make trade-offs based on impact, and are accountable for delivering results that improve key metrics. They will work closely with teams to prioritize and refine roadmaps and backlogs, manage dependencies, and maintain system health and resilience.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering on the roadmap for a core area of our Motors business, making value-driven decisions.
• Translating goals into actionable work for engineering squads.
• Analyzing complex data to generate insights for dealers.
• Managing the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and learning.
• Championing agile processes and fostering continuous improvement.
• Managing dependencies and stakeholder communication.
• Representing customer needs using data and empathy.

What you will bring:

• Intermediate experience in a Product role, leading engineering teams in an agile environment with a proven track record.
• Strong collaboration, relationship-building, and communication skills.
• Technical fluency in web and mobile technologies, engineering practices, and system architecture.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for decision-making and risk management.
• Results-oriented mindset with motivation and enthusiasm.
• Experience with agile principles and tools like Jira and Miro.
