As a Senior Product Owner in the Enterprise Systems team, you won’t just deliver products - you’ll shape the future of how one of New Zealand’s largest retailers operates. You’ll lead the charge in transforming ideas into powerful, customer‑driven solutions that make a real difference to our business and our customers. Working in a fast‑paced, agile environment, you’ll bring vision, clarity, and energy to multiple product streams, ensuring every delivery drives value, solves real problems, and supports our ambition to be a truly customer‑driven co‑op.
In this role, you’ll be more than a product leader - you’ll be a connector, mentor, and change‑maker. You’ll partner with business leaders, merchandise teams, technical experts, and fellow Product Owners to shape strategies and roadmaps that deliver meaningful outcomes at scale. You’ll champion agile ways of working, nurture high‑performing teams, and bring a relentless focus on simplification, operational agility, and customer success. Your leadership will be instrumental in creating amazing product experiences that delight customers, empower teams, and move Foodstuffs forward.
