We are looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team and lead our product and market insights efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute product research initiatives to gather deep market insights and understand customer needs.

  • Develop and maintain a robust product discovery and validation framework, leveraging qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.

  • Analyse market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and inform product strategy.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and marketing, to ensure product vision and goals alignment.

  • Define and prioritize product requirements based on insights, usage metrics, and market demands.

  • Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders at all levels, influencing product direction and decision-making.

  • Monitor product performance post-launch and recommend adjustments based on market feedback and evolving trends.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years' experience, ideally in product management, with a focus on research and insights

  • strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools and quantitative and qualitative research methodologies

  • excellent communication and leadership skills, with a knack for working collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment
