Job summary

Bermuda Offshore Law Firm is seeking a Senior Associate for its Private Wealth & Trusts team to handle sophisticated matters for HNW individuals, families, trustees and fiduciaries.

Ideal candidates will have 6-8 years' PQE with strong private client or trusts experience, preferably from a leading UK or offshore practice; Bermuda qualification is advantageous, though UK/NZ/AUS-qualified lawyers may also be considered.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years’ PQE in private client or trusts areas.
• Experience in a leading UK or offshore practice is preferred.
• Bermuda qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Advise on trust structuring and administration.
• Manage estate and succession planning for high-net-worth clients.
• Develop private wealth and asset protection structures.
• Support private trust companies and family office structures.
• Handle trust variations and related applications.
• Navigate regulatory matters affecting trustees and fiduciaries.
• Engage in contentious trust and estate matters when required.
