Job summary

BNZ is seeking a senior software engineering professional to contribute to the CLR project. You will analyze project and software requirements, provide hands-on supervision to engineers, help shape proposals and identify patentable areas, and undertake integration planning to define build activities.

You will often act as a technology authority, advising on strategic technical policies while collaborating with architects and security teams to ensure cohesive, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in designing, developing, testing and integrating software solutions.
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide technical direction.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analysis of project and software requirements as part of specific work packages.
• Provide supervision and guidance to junior Software Engineers on assigned activities.
• Assist in preparing project proposals and identifying patentable design areas.
• Perform integration planning and define software building tasks.
• Act as technology authority in planning and make recommendations on technical policies.
