Job summary
Kāinga Ora is seeking a Senior Platform DevOps Engineer to join our Enterprise Digital Tooling Platform team. In this role, you will be responsible for the engineering, automation, reliability, and continuous improvement of enterprise tooling platforms that support technology delivery and service operations across the organisation.
You will champion DevOps practices, drive automation, and contribute to the ongoing evolution of our platform capabilities.
Qualifications
- Experience supporting and operating enterprise technology platforms with emphasis on reliability and continuous improvement.
- Proven success leading complex engineering initiatives, platform upgrades, and incident resolution in production environments.
- Strong IT service management knowledge and risk management practices for secure, stable services.
Responsibilities

- Enable business success through robust and modern platform capabilities.
- Lead engineering initiatives, mentor engineers, and promote standards.
