Job summary

Alexandra Hospital Pharmacy invites pharmacists to join a supportive, collaborative team where you can deepen or build clinical and operational skills, focus on patient care, and grow confidence under guidance.

You will dispense safely, work with pharmacy technicians and clinicians, support daily operations, participate in service improvements, and renew contracts based on performance over a 2-year term.

Qualifications

• Hold a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Bachelor of Pharmacy degree recognised by the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Registered with the Singapore Pharmacy Council.
• Hospital experience desired but not necessary.
• Able to work independently or with minimal guidance.
• Good listening and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe, accurate and timely dispensing of medications.
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians, assistants, and fellow pharmacists to deliver coordinated and efficient care.
• Support day to day pharmacy operations, such as medication packing when needed.
• Work with doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals to deliver holistic care to patients.
• Contribute to and support training under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Participate in service improvement and innovation initiatives.
• Undertake additional roles and responsibilities as assigned to support departmental goals.
