Job summary

Together in Auckland is seeking a Senior Paid Discovery Specialist to lead performance-focused search across Paid Search and SEO/Geo, integrating data, testing and user experience into a cohesive strategy.

You will work with the Paid & Organic Discovery Directors to evolve Together’s Discovery product, champion AI-led approaches, and provide strategic oversight across key client accounts to deliver measurable results.

Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising.
Experience with the tools listed in the role, including cross-channel activation and measurement.
Ability to drive strategic insights and provide advisory input to clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Provide strategic oversight across key client accounts and lead complex engagements.
Champion AI-led search approaches and blend Paid Search with SEO & GEO into cohesive strategy.
Collaborate with Directors and Head of Discovery to evolve Together's Discovery product offering.
