Pathways in Auckland is seeking a NZ registered Occupational Therapist to join a new peer-led community-based acute alternative service in Central Auckland Te Toka Tumai region. You will role model and support kai mahi to use recovery tools and practices, providing care outside traditional hospital environments.

This full-time role works within a 24/7 service delivering an alternative to hospital admission, with a team of 24 staff across shifts.

Qualifications

• NZ registered Occupational Therapist status is required.
• Eligibility to practice as an Occupational Therapist in New Zealand.

Responsabilités

• Deliver individual and group occupational therapy interventions for whai ora and taiohi.
• Lead the Day Program and provide home and community-based support.
• Develop and review person-centred support plans with whai ora, whānau, and the wider team.
• Practise in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and whānau-centred way.
