Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all seasonal orders and replenishment stock are accurately loaded, allocated, and actioned for key wholesale accounts
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and align stock strategies to optimise inventory levels and drive sales
• Continuously refine allocation and forecasting processes to improve efficiencies across wholesale and retail operations
• Work closely with planning, buying, and sales teams to ensure seamless stock flow and enhance business performance

About You

• Proven experience in wholesale or retail merchandise planning, allocation, or inventory management
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with strong Excel capabilities
• Ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights to support decision-making
• Confident communicator – able to liaise with key internal stakeholders and external partners
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• A collaborative and adaptable team player with a problem-solving mindset
