Job summary

Dentsu Aotearoa in Auckland is seeking a Senior Executive to drive the planning and buying of media for diverse client campaigns. You will collaborate with internal specialists, media partners and clients to deliver effective media outcomes across TV, radio, OOH and print, and contribute to planning, reporting and client engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in a media agency or media buying/planning environment with experience in TV, radio, OOH and print.
• Strong knowledge of the media landscape, audience measurement tools and media terminology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage with clients and media partners.
• Exceptional attention to detail, time management and organisational skills.
• A collaborative team player who is curious, proactive and motivated to make a positive impact.

Responsibilities

• Implement and manage media plans, including negotiating and buying media across a range of channels.
• Develop and maintain media schedules, evaluate audience insights and identify opportunities that support client objectives.
• Prepare and present campaign reports, post-analysis, competitive reviews and planning recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with media partners, suppliers and client stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
• Manage bookings, reporting and billing processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
