Join our New Product Development team to work with engineers across disciplines, turning concepts into manufacturable, reliable products for dairy and industrial automation applications.

Qualifications

• A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related discipline 7+ years' experience designing and developing electromechanical products
• Proven experience using 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred)
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, GD&T, and tolerance analysis
• Experience taking products from concept through to production
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
• The ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to create reliable solutions for dairy and industrial automation
• Develop electromechanical products from concept through production
• Design for manufacturability and qualification of new products
• Utilize 3D CAD and simulation tools to validate designs

This is an exciting opportunity to work as part of our New Product Development (NPD) team, you'll collaborate with engineers across multiple disciplines to create practical, reliable, and manufacturable solutions used in dairy and industrial automation applications.
