Designation: Senior Marketing Executive
Responsibilities

A dynamic professional to be responsible for content marketing for Mediacorp Consumer Brands. The marketer executes marketing and advertising campaigns to grow consumption of products, and to optimize all online marketing efforts.

The role will synthesize data and information, and collaborate with product and internal stakeholders to help strategize initiatives, and work with external partners to ensure performance deliverables are met.

  • Conceptualize and spearhead marketing campaigns for Indian content. This includes project management and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business KPIs and engagement objectives.
  • Develops marketing strategies including social, digital, on-air and on-ground campaigns to promote content that aligns with consumer behavior patterns and business goals.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders prior and during campaign launch to coordinate and execute strategies.
  • Work closely with the key stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure delivery and execution as well as accuracy of all marketing activities and assets.
  • Work closely with socials team for active social listening on Tamil content, riding on current trends vis-a-via our content to drive audience engagement.
  • Partner and create clear briefs for social, digital, creative, events and communication teams to ensure smooth and effective touchpoints across the campaigns, working with relevant departments, managing and plan ads in digital marketing campaigns.
  • Capitalize on marketing plans to create new revenue opportunities in partnership with clients and sponsors.
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 years' experience in marketing
  • Experience in digital marketing is a plus
  • Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro and/or other editing software is a plus.
  • Must have knowledge in using social media platforms.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Power Point.
  • Effectively bilingual in Tamil and English in order to be able to plan and execute campaigns related to Tamil language.
  • Keen interest in media and entertainment, both local and regional
  • Have an understanding and knowledge of social media platforms and market trends
  • Able to think creatively and objectively when planning campaigns
  • Able to work independently and contribute as a team member in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong editorial skills to craft clear, engaging, and platform-optimised social content
  • Proficient in curating and/or editing content for social media platforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills, analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Able to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines
Qualifications

Degree/Diploma holder, preferably in Mass Communications / Marketing
