A leading healthcare institution in Queenstown is seeking a Transformation Office Manager to support initiatives that catalyse operational advancements. The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning skills, and a minimum of 8 years of relevant managerial experience in healthcare settings. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive transformational projects and contribute to the redevelopment of the campus.
You will support the Head and Lead(s) of NUH Transformation Office in strategising, planning, coordinating, and executing new initiatives/ programs to bring about transformative advancements in National University Hospital.
The role encompasses actively collaborating with internal stakeholders across healthcare job groups (medical, nursing, allied health and pharmacy, and operations) and external partners to drive and facilitate transformation initiatives for workforce and operations. You will also work closely with the NUH redevelopment team to contribute to the NUH campus redevelopment.
