Job description

You will support the Head and Lead(s) of NUH Transformation Office in strategising, planning, coordinating, and executing new initiatives/ programs to bring about transformative advancements in National University Hospital.

The role encompasses actively collaborating with internal stakeholders across healthcare job groups (medical, nursing, allied health and pharmacy, and operations) and external partners to drive and facilitate transformation initiatives for workforce and operations. You will also work closely with the NUH redevelopment team to contribute to the NUH campus redevelopment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the Head and Lead(s) of NUH Transformation Office
  • Strategise, plan, and coordinate initiatives to bring about transformative advancements
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support workforce and operational transformation, and NUH redevelopment.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidates should have minimum 8 years of relevant working experience in managerial capacity, in healthcare or operational settings, with a strong passion to drive, and partner collaborators to catalyse innovations and transformational initiatives.
  • Experience in healthcare operations, planning and improvement and project management.
  • Possess strong leadership, strategic planning and people management skills.
  • Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder engagement capability.
  • Proven experience in working with healthcare professionals in leading workforce and / or operational transformation initiatives will be an added advantage.
