Senior Manager (Digital Infrastructure)

In this role, you will:

• Be responsible for ensuring all physical digital infrastructure including server rooms and network communication rooms, comply with statutory safety and security regulations, organisational polices and operational standards
• Lead compliance reviews, coordinate regular checks, establish and maintain a robust maintenance regime in collaboration with contractors and other facility managers in DSO
• Ensure the efficient and secure operation of physical infrastructure in DSO

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in any field
• Preferably 10 years of relevant IT experience
• Proven track record in compliance management with safety, security and statutory regulations
• Hands on experience in infrastructure assessments, audits and remediation planning
• Experience in working with maintenance contractors and developing preventive maintenance regimes
• Familiar with regulatory authority engagement and handling inspections/audits
• Ensure full regulatory compliance across all Digital infrastructure facilities, with no lapses leading to operational, safety and security risks
• Conduct comprehensive reviews and provide actionable recommendations to Digital management ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with best practices
• Develop sustainable maintenance regime that ensures uninterrupted, safe, and secure operations of Digital's physical infrastructure
• Ensure strong alignment between infrastructure operations and external/internal compliance requirements
