We are looking for a highly capable and motivated Senior Manager to join our Agency & Loan Markets team, supporting the delivery of exceptional service and operational excellence across our syndicated and multi-bank financing portfolio.

As Senior Manager Loan Markets, you'll support the Director and Associate Director in managing a portfolio of Agency customers, including onboarding new clients and ensuring the accurate and timely execution of transactions.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day portfolio management, including covenant reporting, invoicing, and facilitating communication between customers and lenders. You'll also contribute to documentation consistency across Corporate, Rural Corporate, and PFU segments, working closely with internal and external legal teams.

Your ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and deliver superior service aligned with client needs will be key to your success.

To be successful in the role, you are someone who thrives under pressure and brings a proactive, solutions-focused mindset. You'll have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a collaborative approach.

You'll need to have experience in banking or finance, ideally backed with business or commerce degree. This gives you a solid understanding of facility and security documentation, credit risk, and corporate banking systems, along with a basic knowledge of the NZ and Australian Corporate and Institutional markets.
