Job summary

Absolute IT is seeking a Senior iOS Developer to join a high-performing product squad focused on delivering a core mobile application used in fast-paced operational environments. You will design, build and maintain iPad apps using Swift and Objective-C, and drive development from concept through deployment with emphasis on performance and usability.

You should bring proven senior iOS experience, strong Swift and Objective-C skills, and the ability to influence technical direction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior iOS Developer.
• Strong expertise in Swift and Objective-C, including modernisation efforts.
• Ability to influence technically and contribute to team direction.
• Experience integrating with APIs and cloud-based services.
• Solid understanding of software design principles and system architecture.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.

Responsibilities

About the Role

This Senior iOS Developer role sits within a high-performing product squad focused on delivering and enhancing a core mobile application used in fast-paced operational environments. Following a major backend uplift and performance improvements across the iOS application, the team is now entering a new phase of feature delivery and product evolution. You will play a key role in designing and building intuitive, high-performing mobile experiences while shaping the future direction of the platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain advanced iOS applications for iPad using Swift and Objective-C
