Job summary

RHCNZ Medical Imaging is seeking a senior internal communications professional to partner with the CEO and executive team. You will shape messages, lead through change, and run our internal channels to keep staff informed, connected and engaged.

Experience with regulated environments and Healthcare context is a plus, and Canva will help you visualise key messages. You will also collaborate with brand and marketing on external messaging, uplift leaders' communication capabilities across Aotearoa,

Qualifications

Senior internal communications professional with experience advising C-suite executives.
Experience guiding leaders through regulated or complex environments.
Energetic, curious, and always seeking better ways to connect people with information.
Proficient with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams; Canva to visualise messages.

Responsibilities

Partner with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to shape messages and priorities.
Lead communications through change, consultations and key projects.
Run internal channels—from intranet to newsletters to leadership updates—and ensure usefulness.
Write content that connects people to why their work matters.
Collaborate with brand and marketing on media, reputation and external messaging.
Build communication capability across leaders throughout the motu.
Bring values to life through communications, recognition and engagement initiatives across Aotearoa.
Plan and deliver organisation-wide events and engagement initiatives reflecting culture across Aotearoa.
