What You'll Do

As a Senior Integration Support Engineer, you'll be a key contributor in our Integration Managed Services team, focused on operational support, maintenance, small project work and enhancements across multiple integrations and platforms. You'll have strong Azure and MuleSoft engineering knowledge with operational discipline in an actual 24/7 environment, ensuring we meet our contracted response targets and keep our mission critical services healthy around the clock. You will:

• Maintain integrations across cloud, on‑prem, and hybrid environments - primarily on MuleSoft and Azure.
• Support, troubleshoot and debug integration problems.
• Contribute and bring fresh ideas to our integration managed services team.
• Connect and configure integration components and external systems.
• Contribute to monitoring/alerting, runbooks, and proactive remediation.
• Implement CI/CD and contribute to our DevOps practice.
• Help evolve reusable patterns, templates, governance, and developer guides; advocate best practice in secure, resilient integration design, build and operation.
• Work with internal/external stakeholders - architects, BAs, QA, and project managers.
• Participate in a 24/7 on‑call roster aligned to ITIL processes, providing clear updates and post‑incident learnings.
• Contribute to presales.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in integration engineering roles.
• Knowledge of integration patterns.
• Experience in supporting critical production operations, including participation in on-call and 24/7 support environments.
• Practical expertise in Observability i.e. Monitoring and Alerting.
• Familiarity with DevOps Principles and Practices.
• Familiarity with Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft and any other integration platforms.
• Familiarity with infrastructure as code such as terraform or bicep.
• Experience with Cloud networks and concepts.
