Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience designing and maintaining M365 (SharePoint) with lifecycle management.
• Ability to provide pragmatic advice in complex information landscapes.
• Experience migrating from Objective to M365/SharePoint.
• Strong knowledge of compliance obligations including the Public Records Act 2005.
• Ability to interpret Disposal Authorities into SharePoint retention policies.

Responsibilities

• Provide information management guidance across policies, standards, frameworks, and processes.
• Collaborate with teams to implement good information practices in solution design.
• Conduct information management risk assessments and assurance on complex solutions.
