• Manage a set portfolio of clients with diverse freight requirements.
• Take full end-to-end responsibility for air and sea imports and exports, including bookings, documentation, invoicing, and client updates.
• Gain exposure to specialised shipments (training provided if needed).
• Operate within the CargoWise system to maintain accurate and compliant processes.
• Support the Operations Supervisor and play a key role in daily operations.
• Clear progression pathway into a lead position as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Considerable NZ forwarding experience across both imports and exports, air and sea.
• Senior operator level, confident managing varied shipments independently.
• Someone motivated to step into a leadership track in the near future.
