Toitū Te Whenua - Land Information New Zealand is seeking a Senior Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner based in Wellington or Christchurch. You will provide expert advice, support leaders and teams, and drive the health, safety and wellbeing work programme across complex risk environments.

You will translate NZ health and safety legislation into practical policies and guidance, lead risk management initiatives, and coach leaders to embed best practice across the organisation for

Qualificações

• Five plus years' operational health and safety experience, with a relevant tertiary qualification and professional accreditation or registration.
• High level of technical expertise in health and safety including hazard and risk management, system implementation and maintenance, assurance and verification, and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of New Zealand health and safety legislation and its application.
• Sound judgement and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, as well as engage and collaborate.
• Ideally, experience in incident investigation, internal audit and change management.
• Project management experience is desirable.
