Position Overview:
As Senior Graphic & Motion Designer for Ruby Play Net Ltd, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual identity and design output across all RPN brands and products. This includes leading the development and maintenance of brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, and managing internal and external design resources—including international contractors.
This role requires a creative with a strong artistic vision, deep understanding of digital design trends, and the ability to deliver exceptional, brand-aligned visual content. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure high-impact creative that supports user engagement, acquisition, and retention across RPN’s digital platforms, including social casino, iGaming, and bingo-based products.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Development & Governance
- Develop, document, and enforce comprehensive brand guidelines across all Ruby Play Network products and sub-brands.
- Ensure consistent brand identity and visual language across all digital and offline assets, including websites, mobile apps, social media, email campaigns, promotional materials, and in-game elements.
Creative Direction & Visual Design Leadership
- Provide creative leadership and vision for all graphic design initiatives across the business, driving and delivering compelling design solutions that support marketing, product, and platform goals.
- Lead the conceptualisation, design, and production of high-quality digital assets, campaign visuals, UI elements, promotional graphics, and other creative content.
- Design and animate motion graphics for social media, video ads, and in-product content, ensuring all creative is on-brand, engaging, and aligned with marketing objectives.
Team & Contractor Management
- Manage, brief, and review the work of external contractors and agencies, including international remote teams, to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Oversee the workflow, communication, and project management for outsourced creative production, ensuring clear direction and effective feedback loops.
Quality Assurance & Control
- Review, approve, and provide feedback on all design deliverables to ensure alignment with brand standards, visual excellence, and functional requirements.
- Implement quality control processes to maintain consistency and high standards across all internal and externally produced materials.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, Product, and Growth teams to deliver visually engaging campaigns, in-product experiences, and promotional activations.
- Contribute to the ideation and execution of player engagement and acquisition strategies through compelling visual storytelling.
Innovation & Industry Awareness
- Stay current with design and digital trends, tools, and technologies relevant to iGaming and entertainment industries.
- Integrate new techniques and tools (e.g., AI-assisted design, animation, motion graphics) into the creative workflow where beneficial.
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in a graphic design or visual content leadership role, ideally within iGaming, entertainment, or digital consumer products.
- Demonstrated ability to create and enforce brand guidelines across diverse product lines and platforms.
- Strong experience managing external design teams or contractors, including international or remote resources.
- Advanced proficiency in design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in motion design tools such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or equivalent animation software.
- Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, color theory, typography, and layout principles in both UI/UX and marketing contexts.
- Ability to work across multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring innovative thinking and a bold visual style, while staying rooted in strategic objectives.
