Job summary

Archway Recruitment is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer in Auckland to lead geotechnical investigations, provide design solutions, and deliver expert advice across diverse projects.

You will oversee site investigations, foundation design, earthworks assessments, slope stability studies and construction monitoring, while mentoring junior engineers and coordinating with clients and project teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of geotechnical engineering consultancy experience
• Strong background in site investigations, foundation design and earthworks
• Experience on land development, commercial, industrial or infrastructure projects is valued

Responsibilities

• Lead geotechnical investigations from planning to reporting
• Provide design solutions including foundations and retaining structures
• oversee projects and mentor junior engineers; manage client relationships and project teams
