Fusion5 is seeking a Senior Functional Consultant to shape and deliver Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions that drive real business outcomes. You’ll lead from discovery through go-live, connecting business strategy, process improvement, and technology to deliver practical results.

With a proven track record in CRM and enterprise applications, you’ll guide clients, design end-to-end solutions, and empower teams to achieve adoption and value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in functional consulting, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.
• Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience, with the ability to design, configure, and advise across core business processes.
• Confidence facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and turning ambiguity into clear solution direction.

About you

You’re a seasoned functional consultant who can move comfortably between executive-level conversations, detailed process analysis, and hands‑on solution delivery. You build trust quickly, take ownership when challenges arise, and bring people together around clear, practical decisions.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you’ll lead client engagements with confidence, structure, and commercial awareness. You’ll guide stakeholders through discovery, design, delivery, and adoption while helping teams stay focused on value, accountability, and successful outcomes.

• Lead discovery and design workshops that uncover business needs, challenge assumptions, and define clear functional outcomes.


• Translate complex requirements into well-structured Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Power Platform solutions.


• Own functional workstreams across configuration, testing, training, user adoption, and go-live readiness.


• Provide trusted advice on platform capability, process improvement, and pragmatic solution options.


• Manage scope, risks, and decisions with commercial awareness and a focus on protecting project outcomes.


• Mentor consultants, share knowledge, and help lift the capability and confidence of the wider team.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who brings senior consulting judgement, strong functional depth, and the confidence to own outcomes—not just tasks. You’ll be commercially minded, curious about smarter ways of working, and motivated by helping clients turn complex challenges into better ways of operating.

• 5+ years’ experience in functional consulting, CRM, enterprise applications, or digital transformation.


• Strong Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement experience, with the ability to design, configure, and advise across core business processes.


• Confidence facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and turning ambiguity into clear solution direction.


• Commercial awareness, including scope management, value alignment, and risk-based decision making.


• An AI transformation mindset, with curiosity about how automation, Copilot, and modern Microsoft technologies can reshape processes, improve adoption, and unlock better client outcomes.


• Tertiary qualifications and Microsoft certifications are valued, but practical delivery experience and ownership matter most.
