Babcock Power is seeking a Sr. Fuel Equipment / Auxiliary Engineer to design combustion system equipment including burners, valves, heaters, filters, hoses, and subsystems. You will ensure designs comply with NFPA 85 and B31.1, and prepare equipment specifications and vendor evaluations.
You will coordinate with vendors, review RFQ packages, and mentor staff. A BS in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering and 8+ years in related fields are required; PE license is preferred.

As a key member of our engineering team, you will help change the power Generation industry. The Sr. Fuel Equipment / Auxiliary Engineer is responsible for design of combustion system equipment including burners, valves, heaters, filters, hoses, and their ancillary sub systems. This includes systems design in accordance with NFPA 85 and B31.1 codes, generation of equipment /valve lists and specifications, predation and review of vendor RFQ packages, and vendor oversight.

The range for this role is $114,000.00 - $175,000.00
