What You'll Do

As a Senior Finance Analyst, you'll be part of a central analyst pool supporting a range of business units across Genesis. You'll deliver valuable financial and commercial insights, analysis, and advice to enable better decisions and drive performance improvement. Some of the key responsibilities are:

• Delivering month-end, reporting, forecasting, and ad hoc analysis.
• Partnering with business stakeholders to provide insights that drive better decision-making.
• Supporting budgeting and planning processes with accurate, timely information.
• Reconciling data and ensuring accuracy as new systems are rolled out.
• Contributing to automation, process improvements, and efficiency gains.
• Mentoring and supporting analysts within the wider Finance team.

Note: this is a fixed term opportunity until October 2026.

What You'll Bring

• Experience in commercial finance, planning, or performance roles (5+ years).
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Comfort working in a dynamic environment with ad hoc tasks.
• Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills; BI tools (e.g. Power BI) are a plus.
• A continuous improvement mindset and curiosity to challenge the status quo.
