Qualifications

• Proven excavator operating experience, ideally on 13T+ machines.
• Confident, accurate final trim skills to ±10mm.
• Strong understanding of surface preparation for asphalt and concrete.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team.
• Good judgement, problem-solving ability, and awareness of site risks.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operating excavators, including 13T and 20T machines, and rollers.
• Completing precise final trim work to ±10mm.
• Preparing surfaces for asphalt and concrete.
• Supporting general civil construction and machine-based site works.
• Working safely across varied site conditions and changing priorities.
