Job summary

PDP is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer to provide technical input for complex three waters projects within our Water Infrastructure team.

You will lead design developments, mentor junior engineers, and ensure compliance with health, safety, quality, and environmental standards while managing project scope and profitability. Hybrid work culture and CPD opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• A Civil or Environmental Engineering degree from a recognised university.
• 5+ years’ experience in a consulting environment.
• Full Membership status or ability to obtain Full Membership (e.g., CPEng).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with high safety standards.
• Proactive approach and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical input and guidance for complex three waters projects.
• Lead, mentor and support junior engineers on water resources projects.
• Carry out design development, checks, and documentation to standards.
• Manage projects within scope, budget and timelines; ensure H&S compliance.
• Support business development and internal technical capability development.
