Job summary

Fonterra Te Mātāpuna is seeking experienced Engineering Project Managers and Senior Engineering Project Managers for Upper North Island sites. The roles cover capital projects across our manufacturing network, with a hybrid work arrangement and a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and asset improvement.

You will lead scopes, budgets, schedules and business cases, manage consultants and contractors, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver large-scale programmes that support Fonterra's

Qualifications

• Demonstrated project management experience delivering capital projects in industrial environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Experience developing project scopes, budgets, schedules and business cases from inception through to completion.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, suppliers and contractors through design, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Excellent organisational prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
• Strong commitment to health, safety, quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver capital projects in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules and business cases from inception to handover.
