Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Employment Law Advocate. The position is located in Christchurch, but some work from home is acceptable. The Senior Employment Law Advocate will be responsible for managing and representing clients in employment disputes, from disciplinary meetings, grievances all the way through to hearings.

  • Proficiency in negotiation and mediation techniques
  • Ability to provide sound legal advice and represent clients in hearings
