A leading engineering consultancy in New Zealand is looking for a Senior Digital Engineering Manager. This role involves leading digital engineering processes, engaging with clients, and mentoring team members across various projects. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in digital engineering, familiarity with ISO standards, and proven experience in the construction sector. Play a key role in our transformational Digital Engineering Advisory team who listens to the information requirements of clients and works closely with asset owners, design teams and construction team partners to lead a pragmatic digital approach to the management and delivery of project and asset information.
In this role you will apply your passion for Digital Engineering delivery across the asset lifecycle, with robust information management experience to deliver value to clients and projects across the asset creation lifecycle. Key role components include:

To be successful in this role, you will have the credibility, confidence, and ability to operate across both small and large projects and programmes across a range of markets. You will have demonstrated experience in this domain, with an understanding of the New Zealand market and operating environment. Our client and project needs mean this role will not suit graduates or Digital Engineers in the early stages of their career. In addition, you will be a tertiary qualified professional with proven experience that is well aligned to providing Digital Engineering services in the construction sector.
You will be energetic and passionate with a bias for action, known for working with a broad range of internal and external stakeholders to make things happen. You will enjoy building relationships, and understand key project requirements, leading people and applying commercial judgement. You will have demonstrated experience in information management in accordance with the ISO 19650 series, digital engineering planning and delivery and providing strategic digital engineering advice.
