Qualifications
- Qualified Consultant Diabetes Specialist with vocational registration in NZ.
- Experience in delivering high-standard diabetes care in outpatient and regional settings is desirable.
- Strong commitment to education, service development and research.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality specialist diabetes care across outpatient and regional settings.
- Contribute to multidisciplinary team-based care and service development.
- Support education for patients, whānau, and healthcare partners.
- Participate in inpatient diabetes consults as required.
- Engage in quality improvement, research and teaching activities.
