We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Senior Developer to be part of a newly formed team supporting a mission-critical funding system that calculates and distributes operational grants to schools and Early Learning Services across Aotearoa. This is a foundation team with the opportunity to define ways of working and ensure collaboration occurs throughout delivery. Supported by Digital Practices, the team will play a key role for the Ministry, the schools, and our learners. Salary range $100,296 - $121,490 per annum + 3% kiwi saver. You will demonstrate knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an understanding of Te Ao Māori and promote tikanga and Te Reo Māori. You will also have knowledge of, or a willingness to gain an appreciation of te Tiriti o Waitangi (the Treaty of Waitangi) as it applies in the public sector.
